Helen Bao is the Director of Lab of Interdisciplinary Spatial Analysis of Department of Land Economy,the Academic Project Director of School of Humanities and Social Sciences,and the Visiting Professor of Renmin University of China and Zhejiang University.Professor.Bao conducts research in Real estate finance and economics,Housing economics,Land and housing policies and behavioural sciences.Her research has appeared in many Peer-reviewed finance,real estate,and economics journals,including Land Use Policy,International Review of Finance,Land Degradation and Development.She has published multiple books,including Real Estate Economics.4th edition of the Handbooks for Housing Economics.
